We collect only what you submit through the quote request form or the contact form, namely: your name, facility name, city, mobile number, email address, business type, and the number of branches, cameras, and cashier devices if you provide them, as well as a description of your needs and any file you attach with system specifications.

Through these forms, we do not collect any data about other individuals, we do not request recordings or footage from your cameras, and you are not asked to attach any content containing faces or your customers’ data.

Purpose of use

Your data is used for one purpose only: to assess your needs, communicate with you about your request, and prepare a quote. It is not used for marketing purposes unrelated to your request without your separate consent.

Consent

The form can only be submitted after you give your explicit consent to this policy, and the date of consent is recorded with your request.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with commercial parties. It may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with a technical service provider acting on our behalf to operate the website or email, or where required by a legal obligation.

Data retention and protection

Requests are stored in a control panel protected by a password and defined access permissions, and the website is served over an encrypted connection (SSL). Requests are retained for as long as necessary to follow up on them and for accounting and record-keeping purposes, and are then deleted.
